I have very fine, flyaway hair and just got a cut that is shorter than I’d like with too-choppy layers. I was looking for something that would give me some wave without losing any length (curling irons make it look shorter) and this is absolutely perfect! Gives a nice beautiful wave that blends my layers in – it looks nice and neat, and no length at all is lost. I love this!!!

▪️Use bigger chunks of hair.▪️Change the direction of wand. Some strand vertical. Some horizontal to give a more natural look to the wave.▪️To avoid a kink start 3-4 inches from root and tilt the edge of the iron away from underneath the section of hair. Not up into the hair.▪️Use high heat to set all day.▪️Use heat protectant spray before or 1-2 drops of hair oil (or light cream) after to retain moisture and control frizz or fly sways.I’d been following INH but didn’t want to commit $70 to an iron. Bought this one and glad I did. At first it took forever cause I was doing smaller sections (and I need high high heat). Then I was in a rush and did 5-6 big chunks of hair and this was the result!Highly recommend. It is a little tricky to get used to with small hands.

It’s a good product. Does it’s job. The only compliant I have is that when it’s been heating for like 15 minutes or so, it turns off on its own. So I leave it preheating as I’m doing my makeup and when I’m ready to do it, it’s off. Then I have to turn it on again. But it heats up really fast so I can manage with that. The plus side of that is that at least it has that feature because when your rushing out the door you will know it will turn off on it’s on. Down side, is that when your in the middle of doing your hair, you have to check to make sure it’s on after 15 min or so. I have long hair and it takes practice to go fast but my second try using it, it was easier than my first. Got a lot of compliments. Good value for the money. I recommend.

I absolutely love this curling wand. My hair is very straight and no matter how much hair spray I use I have a hard time getting curls to stay in my hair. I bought this wand with the hopes that it would be quicker and easier to style my hair and that the curls would stay. I have to say that this wand met all of my expectations! It’s so easy to use and my hair turns out beautiful each and every time. I have young children and its hard-finding time to do my hair or spend time on my appearance. Love my three barrel curling iron. I’m one of those that cannot for the life of me figure out how to curl my hair with a single barrel or a straightener. My hand just does not want to cooperate or maybe my brain is overthinking it, anyway, the three barrel curling iron is a game changer for me. I have super straight hair, so straight that air dried is a suitable style for me. I’ve always wanted to be able to curl my hair and Alure has made that possible! My waves are beachy just like they promise and I’ve received tons of compliments from friends, coworkers, etc. And for those that have difficulties with other forms of curling, the three barrel is super easy to use. However, it takes me closer to 45 minutes to do all of my hair. I’m probably just slow and figuring it out and/or I have a lot of hair.

Daughter received this curling iron for Christmas. Was excited to try it bc she has VERY long thick hair that can never keep a curl/wave. She has tried hot rollers, single wavers, single curling irons, etc without luck in keeping a curl in for longer than an hr or two. This curling iron produced more like beach-type waves, but since that’s whats “in” right now. She was happy with the results!We knew we would need to curl her straight, long thick hair in small increments to even have a chance. This pic is how the waves look after doing her whole head. (Took abt 30 mins) This was about noon. When she went to bed, her hair looked the same. When she woke up and brushed it the next morning, a slight wave was still noticeable but looked more like she just had naturally wavy hair, if that makes any sense.Overall a good buy and she will use it again when she wants the beach wave look.

YES you can get beach waves,Even if you don’t know how to use a curler or straightener!I bought this because I don’t know🤷🏼♀️how to curl my hair with a straightener OR curler.I’ve watched DIY videos on YouTube but I can never get my curls to go in the right direction. I’ve also tried recreating beach waves with a straighter,from YouTube vids.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 None of which have worked for me.I then searched YouTube videos on how to use this 3 barrel wand and was impressed with how easy it is to use. I purchased this item and am extremely happy with it! I am IN LOVE 😍 with my beach waves! Beach waves 🌊 that I have never been able to accomplish via straighteners or curlers☹️TIP: it took me a small 18mins to get a full head of beautiful beach waves! 🕰 😃😃Temperature control is decent, it has clear large numbers that show you the temperature. It’s super easy to use!

I am incapable of using a wand with the glove and the finesse, just can’t. So my beach waves have really always relied on wearing braids for a couple days and dry shampooing them back to life. My hair is normally wavy with no curl pattern, incredibly thick, and can frizz easily. Using this 3 barrel was not only FAST for someone with a ton of hair but gave me the look that I want my natural hair to have but never does. All the tutorials I watched were people with really shiny, thin hair and I wasn’t sure how mine would look. It’s full for sure, going from blow dried frizz ball to this, but add some Moroccan oil after styling and I am v thankful to have found this tool! Will also try it with my hair pre straightened for a day 2 or 3 straight hair look.

Reason I prefer this over my Bed Head waver1. Less bulky. My BH waver is harder to maneuver when I’m doing the back of my head and I end up burning my neck.2. This waver gives smaller softer waves. To be fair, I think BH offers a smaller size than the one I have. The size of this particular waver is perfect and doesn’t shrink my hair up too much3. DIGITAL TEMPERATURE GAUGE!!!! I am visually impaired and have a hard time reading the rolling dials most curlers and flat irons use, including BH. This one has a well lit digital screen so I never struggle to read what setting I’m on. My hair is over processed and can fry in an instant on a setting that it too hot.Overall, I like this product and it has become my primary styling tool. I’ve used it steadily for three weeks and have had no issue.
